The majority of prosthodontic programs are three months and require the completion of the GRE exam. Students become certified by completing the board exam with the American Board of Prosthodontics (link).
Questions to Ask Prosthodontic Programs: 1) Will I be awarded an M.S. degree or a certificate? 2) What is the focus of your curriculum? Is implant placement education provided? 3) How many other students are in the program? 4) Is research required before graduation?
