Minority Students

The following is information for underrepresented minorities (African American, Hispanic, Alaska Native Individuals, and American Indian) applying to medical school and residency. Minorities students are underrepresented in the medical field. There are a substantial number of summer programs, scholarships and assistance offered to students interested in the medical profession. For more information about scholarships available, please refer to the Scholarships section.

MCAT

Upon registering for the MCAT, indicate on your application that you want to be eligible for the Med-MAR program. The Med-MAR profile provides medical schools your biographic data (including your social security number) to schools in return medical schools will send you information about their programs.
